someone told me
"people don't care about that"
to which I responded with silence
because I know people who do
and your truth is not my truth
because truth simply is

besides, I'm not interested in status quo
I'm interested in words that flow
mending bridges
standing for something authentic
creating change
or another word that means the same
in a room full of spirituality
weaving 4th century rugs by hand

"I'm the constant."
if dynamic is a constant
then I am too.
I can't wait to grow
and to go back
embrace my experience
make it something new
with you
